The Printing Process
TekoTryck’s screen printing process in 7 steps:
Originals
We receive your design. Preferred formats: vectorised files (.ai, .eps, .pdf). Colours specified in PMS U or TPX/TPG.
Printing screens
One screen per colour. Three-colour design = three screens. We are the only printing company in Sweden that manufactures its own screen frames.
Colour matching
Our Master of Colours blends exact tones in our colour lab, matching Pantone guides or your colour sample. Water-based colours.
Printing
Five fully automated printing machines, up to 8 colours per artwork.
Oven fixation
Products pass through an oven to permanently fixate colours.
Packaging
Paper banners with your print, EAN barcode stickers, inner cartons for retail, bulk packaging — all according to your specifications.
Shipping
Postnord within Sweden, TNT/FedEx/DHL internationally. Customer pickup also available.

What file formats do you accept?
Vectorised files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) for solid colours. For pixel images and photos, 300 dpi (.psd, .tiff, .pdf). Colours specified in Pantone Solid Uncoated (PMS U or TPX/TPG).
How many colours can be printed?
Up to 8 colours per artwork with screen printing. We also offer digita print in CMYK.
Can I get a custom dishcloth colour?
Yes. Beyond our 14+ standard colours, we can dye dishcloths in any Pantone colour using GOTS-certified dyes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver to more than 70 countries via TNT/FedEx/DHL.
Can you handle large orders?
Yes. We have five fully automated printing machines, two digital printing machines, and a 2,450 square metre facility.
