First, we need the following information:
- Company name
- Phone number
- Address
- Postal code and city/town
- Country (if not Sweden)
- Organization number

How to Place an Order
When you place an order with us, we need some information. It will help us make the process quick and easy and it will minimize the risk of misunderstandings.
When you place an order, we need the following information:
1.
Company name, contact person, phone number and e-mail.
2.
Your order id/number/marking
3.
Which product to print on
(e.g. blue dishcloth 172×200 mm or white kitchen towel 50×70 cm).
4.
What to print, size and print placement.
A mock-up goes a long way to ensure correct placement.

We need a digital file of the artwork:
A
If it has solid colours (no gradients) we need a vector-based artwork file (example; Illustrator .ai / .eps).
B
If the artwork is a pixel image (like a photo or an image with many hues and gradients) we need a high-resolution file in 300 dpi (.psd / .tiff / .pdf)

What colours to use in the print? We prefer Pantone Solid Uncoated (U-scale) or TPX/TPG. Note, all colour scales are created for print on specific materials. For example; Pantone C-scale is only for glossy paper, it won’t print with the same vibrancy on textile.
