The education concept gives high school students the opportunity to train and develop their creativity and their entrepreneurship. It also gives them a unique insight how it is to run a business.
Presenting Julia Nilsson Rapping, a second-year economy student from Väggaskolan, a school in Karlshamn, close to our town. She runs a UF business called “by Julia uf”, @byjulia.uf. UF is short for “Ung Företagsamhet”; meaning “youth entrepreneurship”. Julia started with a clear plan, from start to finish, of how her business would work. From conceptual idea to profitable products.
The company offers unique items created by Julia, as well as reproduction copies that makes for a wider customer base, which also has made expansion possible.

This year Julia has won several prestigious awards, competing with other pupils running UF businesses, both regionally and nationally.
