2022 is the year of Water Tiger according the Chinese traditional 60 year cycle calender, starting February 1st, 2022. The Tiger is the king of all animals, a symbol of strength and courage, empowered to clear out all evils. Water represents agility, intelligence, wisdom, softness, and calmness.
The Chinese traditional calender is a sixty year cycle of twelve animals and five elements successively in fixed combinations. The earliest evidence of it in use is from more than 2000 years ago.
